This immersive full-body experience will take you on a restorative journey of Yoga Nidra through the chakras to nurture your mind, body, and soul. You will be bathed in the relaxing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a crystal pyramid, all while receiving Reiki. Reiki is an energy healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. Weaving together Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing creates a deeply nurturing and restorative experience that soothes the nervous system, promoting its natural self-healing abilities. Join Melissa for a relaxing session of Yoga Nidra! Don’t let the word “yoga” confuse you. Yoga Nidra is more like guided meditation than an exercise routine. So, no equipment or downward dogs are required! All you need is a cozy space where you can stretch out and be comfortable.
Yoga Nidra is a 'yogic sleep' that will quiet the mind and relax the body. You can think of it like a massage for the central nervous system and the energetic body. By bringing your attention to the physical sensations in the body, you allow the release of the outside world. This method of relaxation is said to be equivalent to two hours of sleep and can help release anxiety and stress leaving you refreshed and renewed.
This practice requires no movement; only that you follow along with your awareness as Melissa guides your through the layers of your subconsciousness. During this special Chakra session, Melissa will take you on a journey to through the 7 energy centers to awaken, cleanse and revitalize.
