Intuitive Bodywork & Energy Session
This session weaves together Reiki, acupressure, massage, and breathwork to support the body’s natural healing process. It begins with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing for deep relaxation and receptivity. As the body and energy field settle, areas of imbalance naturally reveal themselves, guiding the work where it is most needed. Gentle techniques help release tension, restore energetic flow, and bring a sense of balance and ease. Many experience shifts on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, creating space for healing and alignment.

Group Sound Healing Immersion
Have you given any thought to organizing a group of friends or a sound immersion for your upcoming family gathering?
During a group sound immersion, I will create a calming environment for your mind, body, and soul to rest, regenerate, and heal. Through breathwork and yoga nidra, we will invite the body into a deep state of relaxation while tuning into the lovely vibrations of crystal quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, a crystal singing pyramid, and Koshi chimes.

Cacao increases the energetic field surrounding our hearts and offers a sacred space for opening and receiving. Cacao ceremonies are great for gaining clarity, setting intentions, and diving into our heart space. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency creating a more intimate connection with ourselves and each other.
Cannabis can be used for exploring our physical and emotional healing landscape. Santa Maria is a beautiful energy that provides us with unconditional love and compassion; guiding us to connect more deeply with our spirit. She supports us on our journey in helping us to integrate our deep experiences by bringing to light our patterns and behaviors. Once our habits and patterns become clear, we can then begin to shift into healthier and more supportive ways of being.
