Reiki Level I & II Attunement
What is Reiki?
Reiki, pronounced “ray-key,” is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. This gentle, hands-on method channels life force energy—the vital essence that flows through and around us—to restore harmony and vitality. When our life force energy is low, we’re more prone to stress or illness; when it’s vibrant, we feel healthier, happier, and more aligned. As a Reiki practitioner, you’ll harness this transformative energy to support loved ones, acquaintances, or even strangers, creating ripples of healing and balance in the world.
This 10-hour Reiki Level I and II training is a comprehensive, immersive experience designed to empower you with the skills to heal yourself and others. This course blends the Western style of Reiki, as introduced by Mrs. Takata, with traditional Japanese techniques and the powerful Holy Fire Energies. You’ll explore the history and origins of Reiki, understand the nature of life force energy, learn why imbalances lead to illness, and discover how Reiki facilitates deep healing.
Through this attunement, you’ll gain a practical, personal self-care routine that you can use anytime, anywhere to cultivate joy, abundance, and balance in every facet of your life. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or wish to share healing with others, this training equips you with the tools to transform lives with grace and ease.
Reiki Master Attunement
Reiki Master is the next step for the dedicated Reiki practitioner. In the process of learning how to facilitate the experiences, placements and ignitions as well as taking part in the guided meditations, each student will receive many healing experiences. As part of this training, you will learn how to use Master techniques to facilitate deeper healing for clients during sessions. After this attunement, you will be able to teach first through third degrees of Reiki along with Master training to others. While the content of the class will allow you to teach if you choose, many take the class for their own use or to use with family and friends.
The ability to teach others and pass on this amazing gift of Reiki is a powerful advancement. Becoming a Reiki Master is a great honor and an ongoing humbling experience, as the true depth of Reiki is revealed. This training is taught 1:1 individually. A student must have taken Reiki I & II and have been practicing Reiki II for at least 6 months.

Karuna Reiki Master Attunement
Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." In Buddhist literature it is stated that Karuna must be accompanied by prajna or wisdom in order to have the right effect. When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal.
To qualify to take this training, a student must have been a Reiki Master for at least 6 months and be able to draw the Reiki II and Master symbols from memory. This training is the next step after Reiki Master and is both a practitioner and a Master training.
